Pizza? Yes Pizza! It is worth more Socks than just one! Why? Pizza started out as Flatbreads from ancient times of Egypt, Greek and Romans. Then for Queen Margherita in Naples the townspeople made one just for her. Immigrants from Naples brought Pizza over. It was picked up by others. Now you can get Flatbread Pizzas as Appetizers or the main dish. I love BJ’s California Flatbread Pizza! Then you can get Deep Dish, Pan Crust, Original types that are thin crusts. So, add Yeast or no Yeast. Lots of Toppings for everyone or only a few. By the end of WWII Pizza was here in the USA and going gangbusters. So much so that it made it back to Europe and Italy as a Main Dish for everyone to love.
