Vintage 80s "Plumbers Do It Best" brass belt buckle.
Great lettering on an octagonal raised frame buckle with a pebbled texture background.
Pre-owned with signs of wear and surface scratches. Overall a nice fun piece. 
I am not sure if this is brass plate or sold brass.
