The Red-Winged Blackbird is seen in groups on Telephone Wires and in Marshes. This is the Wheel House Designs Sock we see on this Page. The Red-Winged Blackbirds will Flock with other Flocks of Blackbirds or Starlings. In the morning they all disperse and fly sometimes 50 miles for feeding and return at night. During Mating Season, the Male is very Territorial. The Male Red-Winged Blackbird may have 5 to over 15 Females at a time nesting in his territory. Many are his mates, some other Males get through. Nests are in Marshes, woven around things like Cattails. The Colors of the Red-Winged Blackbird are Bright Red and Yellow which can be so light as to seem White in photos. The Female is Taupe and Brown with White Streaks and Yellow around the Bill, she can look like a female Sparrow.
Wheel House Designs Red-Winged Blackbird Sock starts on a Grey background. The Argyle Lattice is Taupe, below the Cuff reads, "RED-WINGED BLACKBIRD". The first Red-Winged Blackbird is flying with Wide Wings showing the Bright Red and White at the Shoulders. Wings are Black and Taupe. Another Pose is the Red-Winged Blackbird attacking anything in its territory, he will attack other birds and Humans. Other Poses show him at Rest or Lookout. The Female at the bottom of the Sock is Goldenrod, Taupe Black and White shown sitting on a small branch. Wheel House Designs Red-Winged Blackbird comes in two sizes, Medium and Large. This allows for an Extended Size Sock for Women who may need it and for Men to have their own Red-Winged Blackbird Socks. This Sock is made with a Cozy Cotton Blend and is a Thin Style.
